As an icebreaker in our new thing here, I’d like to ask what was your favorite meal that mom made and why? Please share memories around that meal.

I’ll start… my favorite meal was her Chicken and Dumplings. Her dumplings were perfect. They stayed together and the stock was still clear. The flavor was wonderful with the bits of chicken, onion, and celery swimming with the fluffy dumplings. I was a bowl of love.
